International Day of Persons with Disabilities
Kebbi joins celebration bandwagon
Today is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. In Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi state capital, the Ministry for Special Duties in collaboration with the Ministry of Women Affairs has put up events to commemorate the day.
The APC Awareness for People with Disabilities Organization Kebbi state chapter has also joined the program to make the day memorable with lectures and empowerment events.
The Commissioner of information and Culture Alhaji Yakubu Ahmed BK is the Guest Speaker at the program which is about to start at the Banquet hall of the presidential lodge in the state capital as special guests are currently trooping in.
